Do I need to meet with you?
No, in fact, as I need to concentrate, write, question and listen carefully when preparing your documents, it works much better over the phone; you also save on travel and fuel!
What do I need to prepare?
It's good to have accurate start and finish dates for jobs, particularly recent ones, otherwise, just tell me what you have done in your jobs and I'll do the rest!
How long does it take to get my resume?
Normally between 24 - 48 hours after the consultation.
Do I really need a cover letter?
It's better to send one, as it introduces you, why you are interested in the role, what you can offer and gives you a chance to show how motivated you are to join their organisation. If you don't, they have no idea if their job is one of 20 you are applying for. Every employer wants to feel you are committed to their role above all others. However, if they specifically ask for just a resume, then don't include a cover letter.
